SHIPPING POLICY:

Once you have placed your order and we receive your proof of payment, your order will be shipped off.

Shipping:

The Organic Athlete delivers countrywide to your door.

Delivery method:

• Deliveries will take place on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00. Please ensure that there is someone to receive your parcel at the address provided. If the courier company cannot reach you, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
• As soon as your parcel has been sent off, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery in 2-5 days. Please note: delivery to an outlying area may take a bit longer

Returning products:

If you are unhappy with your order, please return it to us within 7 days, this will be at your own cost. The product needs to be unopened and in its original packaging with the receipt. We will then credit your account with the amount of the product (excluding courier fees).
